Once the carrier has been chosen, we will provide you with an estimated delivery window and share the delivery company's information so you can communicate with them directly. The delivery company will be instructed to call or text you 48 hours before delivery to schedule a specific delivery window.

Our white glove delivery service includes blanket wrapping, insurance, and interior placement. However, it does not include delivery to a second level, mounting or installation, or the removal of existing items. If your delivery requires special attention, please contact us in advance.

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipment, please notify the carrier and us immediately. De-cor is not responsible for any damage incurred during transport; however, we will assist you in filing any necessary claims with the carrier.
